About the Integration:
Cribl adds a native BigQuery destination so teams can stream data directly from Stream into BigQuery tables without first routing through Google Cloud Storage. This shortens delivery paths, reduces latency and operational overhead, and makes BigQuery delivery easier to troubleshoot and manage inside Cribl.
Benefits and Use Cases:
Route logs and other telemetry to BigQuery for large-scale analysis.
Configure project, dataset, table, region, ingestion mode, and authentication in a native destination experience.
Eliminate extra GCS buckets and hand-built pipelines used only as ingestion workarounds.
Support high-volume analytics, data engineering, and cloud security use cases with simpler operations.
How to Get Data Flowing:
Create the destination dataset and table in BigQuery, and prepare the GCP permissions Cribl will use to write data.
Create the Google BigQuery Destination in Cribl Stream and enter the GCP project, dataset, table, and location values.
Choose the authentication method that fits your environment and validate access before attaching production routes.
Connect the destination to your pipelines and shape records so they land in BigQuery with the schema and table mapping you want.
Verify that events are queryable in BigQuery, and check quotas, regional alignment, and retry behavior before increasing throughput.
